What is MTO (Made To Order)?
MTO is a high quality shoe that is a product of the shoemaking skills and experience cultivated in the Bespoke business. MTO is an order system that starts production after receiving an order. The process of taking measurements, deciding on detailed specifications, taking measurements and last making is omitted.

Determination of measurements, design and specifications
Customers are asked to confirm their own size by referring to the 'Size Chart'on this website.Fitting samples are also available at our atelier in Yokohama and at trunk shows. Once you have decided on your size, please select your size, colour and options from the 'Online Shop'and place your order. Please try on the garments before purchasing as they are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Closing
The leather is cut according to the pattern from the relevant size ordered. Scratches, wrinkles and rough fibres in the leather are carefully omitted so that the leather can be enjoyed for a long time when the shoes are used. After this, the parts are carefully stitched together using a sewing machine.

Bottom making
The bottom making process is almost exclusively handmade, similar to Bespoke. Sole stitching is machine made, while the edge and heel are ground with a grinder.

Inspected and carefully packed for dispatch
