Ordered products cannot be returned due to customer's convenience (other than product damage or stains). Please note. If the product is returned due to damage or stains, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges, transfer fees, cash on delivery, and handling charges.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges in the following cases.
(1)Items that have been delivered for more than 8 days
(2)Products that customers have used once
(3)Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer
(4)When the product box, instruction manual, etc. are soiled, damaged, lost, or destroyed
(5)Products for which you wish to wrap gifts
(6)Products processed by the customer
(7)Products that have been repaired, cleaned, etc. after delivery
(8)Others: There is a statement on each product listing page that we cannot accept returns.
Handling of defective products
If the item is damaged, soiled, or different from your order
We make every effort to ensure the quality of the product, but if the product is damaged or soiled, or if it is different from your order, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.
We will return or exchange it immediately. (In this case, the shipping fee will be borne by our shop.)
